SUMMERLIN AWARD FOR SERVICE TO LOCAL GOVERNMENT
The WVEMS Board of Directors also awards the annual "WVEMS Benny Summerlin Award for Service to Local Government." This award recognizes someone who has demonstrated at least 25 yesrs service to local government and has also been involved in some aspect of EMS.
