Several pharmacies have reported a shortage of D25%.
In the event that the drug box does not contain D25%, find a kit in the drug box made up by pharmacies containing:
· 50% dextrose vial 50mL
· NS Vial 10mL
· Syringe 10mL
· Blunt Needle x1
· Alcohol Swab x2
Instructions: Draw up 5mL NS and 5mL 50% dextrose to equal 25% Dextrose 10mL
